As An Giang province implements its new two-level local government model, Mỹ Thới Ward has made a groundbreaking mark by successfully deploying an AI KIOSK at its Public Administration Service Center. This is our strategic partnership product, contributing to the realization of the digital government goal.
On the morning of July 1st, 102 communes and wards across An Giang province officially began operating under the two-level local government model. Thanks to thorough preparations, the public administration service centers are ready to serve citizens, with My Thoi Ward in Long Xuyen City emerging as a prime example of technology application.
The most significant highlight during the pilot phase in My Thoi Ward is the installation of a modern AI KIOSK system. This is considered a major step forward, demonstrating the local government's commitment to building a digital government in line with provincial and national directives.
This system was developed and deployed by us in collaboration with our partners, integrates artificial intelligence (AI) to proactively guide citizens and answer inquiries related to administrative procedures. Instead of waiting for an official, citizens can interact directly with the KIOSK to look up information, processes, and required documents quickly and accurately.

The deployment of the AI KIOSK not only helps reduce the workload for officials at the one-stop-shop department but also enhances the citizen experience, saving time and effort. This contributes to building a transparent, efficient, and friendly public administration system.
To ensure the smooth operation of the AI KIOSK and the entire administrative system, My Thoi Ward made meticulous preparations on all fronts. Under the direction of Long Xuyen City, personnel structures were fully consolidated, ensuring the right people were assigned to the right jobs.
Physical infrastructure, network systems, document management software, and digital signatures were all fully prepared and stably connected. Notably, the ward organized intensive training courses on professional skills as well as communication and service etiquette for its staff and civil servants to improve the quality of handling citizen records.
The success of the model in My Thoi Ward, with pioneering technological support from us, is poised to become a template for replication, accelerating the digital transformation of public administration across An Giang province.
