On November 13, the Public Administration Service Center of Hang Gon Ward officially launched the pilot operation of the AI Kiosk – a smart public service station jointly deployed by the Digital Transformation Service Center – a branch of the Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation (GTEL CDS) and CyberTech JSC, the software development unit behind the solution.

On 19/9/2025, in Yen Binh commune (Lao Cai province), the pilot model of the "Public Administration Kiosk, applying artificial intelligence to serve citizens and businesses" was officially launched. This is the first locality in Lao Cai and the Northern mountainous provinces to implement this groundbreaking solution.
