On November 13, the Public Administration Service Center of Hang Gon Ward officially launched the pilot operation of the AI Kiosk, deployed by the Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation (GTEL CDS) in collaboration with CyberTech JSC, the software development unit behind the solution.
The event was attended by ward leaders, representatives of the People’s Council and People’s Committee, specialized departments, and GTEL CDS.
Developed by CyberTech, the AI Kiosk is built on artificial intelligence (AI) combined with natural language processing (NLP), enabling the system to understand and respond to citizens’ needs through natural voice interaction or simple touch commands. This technology makes public services more accessible, intuitive, and easy to use for everyone.

The AI Kiosk supports a seamless range of functions, including:
Issuing queue numbers
Providing step-by-step procedural guidance and document checklists
QR code scanning, information lookup, registration, application submission, and service satisfaction rating
Printing, scanning, and direct connection to mobile devices
Automatically suggesting the appropriate administrative procedure based on citizen information
With its user-friendly interface and natural communication capabilities, the AI Kiosk functions as a “digital assistant”, supporting citizens from the moment they arrive at the service center.
The pilot deployment of the AI Kiosk marks a significant improvement in the service delivery process at Hang Gon Ward. The system enables citizens of all ages, particularly seniors and individuals unfamiliar with technology, to perform administrative procedures without difficulty in reading, understanding, or navigating the system.
Beyond improving speed and accuracy, the AI Kiosk also reduces the workload on frontline officers, minimizes errors in the guidance process, and contributes to standardizing administrative workflows. This initiative reflects the ward’s commitment to digital transformation, helping build a more modern, transparent, and citizen-centric public administration system.
