Citizens handle public services themselves, right where files are received

Public Administration AI Kiosk

The Public Administration AI Kiosk lets citizens look up information, follow step-by-step procedure guidance, sign in with their citizen ID/VNeID, take a queue number and print a guidance slip right at the Public Administration Service Center, before they reach the counter.

Overview

At Public Administration Service Centers, most of the time for both citizens and officers goes into the front end: which procedure applies, which papers are needed, where to queue. The Public Administration AI Kiosk digitizes exactly that step.

Citizens work on a touch screen, verify with their citizen ID card (NFC or QR code) or VNeID, pick the procedure they need, read the guidance and receive a slip. By the time they reach the counter they know what to do, and officers can focus on processing files.

  • Step-by-step guidance
